Position summary: Manage the day-to-day implementation of contracts related to the operation and maintenance of Black Hills Energy's renewable energy fleet which included 88.2MW of Vestas turbines and 112.5MW of GE turbines spread across 4 wind farms. This position will be responsible for the establishment of an effective operations and maintenance program for balance of plant equipment, oversight of safety programs, ensuring that the processes, systems, manuals, and tools are implemented and adhered to. Additionally, this position will have the responsibility to create, track, and report on budgets. Pay Range: $113,650 - $187,700 (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.)
