Overview:

Sentara Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our A-Fib Clinic in Western Tidewater - VA. As a physician-led organization, we are proud to be a top-tier, high performing multi-specialty group, uniting over 2,000 providers dedicated to delivering exceptional and compassionate care to our communities.

Position Highlights:

  • M-F; 8-4:30p
  • Location: (Primary) Newport News but can be flexible with time in Williamsburg or Suffolk weekly as well if that is preferred
  • 0.8 FTE Clinical/ 0.2 FTE Dedicated Admin time weekly
  • Our A-Fib Clinic is APP led in an office-based setting. The clinic is designed to rapidly see new patients diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, develop personalized treatment plans, and then refer them to the appropriate care teams for ongoing management.
  • 1 year Cardiology experience preferred
