Overview

The Global Compensation Analyst prepares payroll processing, collects global compensation data, prepares shadow payroll reporting, and participates in the delivery of year-end reporting. The Global Compensation Analyst provides support to other team members in various tasks. This role requires exceptional system proficiency, strong administrative and organisational skills and must demonstrate alignment with the company's core values.



Responsibilities

    Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll reporting, monthly shadow payroll reporting, compensation
    collection, and other tasks as required.
  • Review and reconcile payroll data received from global locations.
  • Import compensation data and review for accuracy.
  • Apply for Certificates of Coverage as required.
  • Manage emails and actions from shared mailbox such as responding to payroll related queries, sending
    follow ups, and escalations.
  • Assist with managing year-end reporting process of compensation statements and reconciliations.
  • Create and update process documentation as needed.
  • Maintain and update compensation status tracking reports.
  • Arrange and participate in global team meetings.
  • Participate with special projects and other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in global compensation and/or Global Mobility.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, HR, International Management, or a related
    field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail required.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience working within a cross-functional global environment and ability to foster a great rapport for
    teamwork.
  • Strong aptitude for mathematical concepts and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with global payroll contacts.
  • Basic understanding of worldwide tax and social security liabilities would be an advantage.
