Design & Construction Management Job Description
Performs professional architectural and/or engineering project management services and analysis for design and construction projects. Acts as the main point of contact and manages design and construction projects from project initiation through bidding and remains involved in the project through construction completion and closeout. Oversees the consultant selection and hiring process for architectural and engineering consultants. Coordinates and facilitates design review meetings with project stakeholders. Ensures consultants are following applicable codes and University design standards. Maintains project budget integrity and controls project expenditures.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $68,200-$135,000 annually. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
