This is life-changing work, and we are all in, are you? Job Summary: THIS POSITION REQUIRES SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR CAMBRIDGE MA OFFICE 1-2 DAYS/MONTH. The Marketing Operations and Field Training Operations Manager will play a critical role in the commercial organization, responsible for overseeing the materials review process for marketing and and promotional assets, as well as developing and supporting the impactful field training programs and aid in program development. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and efficiency in promotional material review, while supporting the development of training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Operations - Materials Review Management (60-70% of time)
Field Training Operations (30-40% of time)

Compensation: Targeted Base: 133,102-164,420* *Base Compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Base pay is only one component of the company's total rewards package, all regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or the incentive compensation program (if applicable), as well as equity.
