Program Coordination and Administrative Oversight Coordinate and schedule meetings for the BCBSA Licensure Governance Steering Committee, Compliance leadership, and other key stakeholders. Organize and maintain program documentation, ensuring that all materials are up to date and accessible to relevant parties. Track follow-up tasks and deadlines, providing administrative support to ensure that all actions are completed on time. Coordinate communications among the Steering Committee to allow for understanding and awareness of new/revised requirements. Requirements Intake and Communication Perform administrative functions associated with intaking new/revised BCBSA licensure requirements. Coordinate communications among internal departments (e.g., Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Programs Office) to facilitate smooth intake and implementation of new requirements. Tracking and Monitoring Support Assist the Program Analyst in maintaining the adherence tracking system, focusing on administrative tasks such as scheduling status checks and ensuring timely filings. Support the Analyst in monitoring progress and escalate any administrative issues or delays. Policy and Procedure Support Assist in the formatting, distribution, and document management of policies, procedures, and training materials developed by business owners in response to regulatory requirements. Ensure that all documentation is properly stored and accessible for future reference. Manage administrative duties related to audits including preparing and coordinating for onsite examinations. Post-Implementation and Reporting Support Assist with preparing reports and documentation for Steering Committee and enterprise risk committee meetings. Provide administrative support during post-implementation reviews, including documenting findings and coordinating feedback sessions. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed. #LI-Hybrid
