Job Description

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking a Part Time Student Assistant for the Project Management Office (PMO) starting in Spring 2025, assisting the Office with the coordination of communications, training materials, website organization and maintenance, and other operational activities.

This position requires someone with exceptional organizational, coordination, communication (including writing and grammar), and customer service skills. Superior skills in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation/graphic design a plus.

This position requires in person attendance at Atlanta Technology Center (1575 Northside Drive, Atlanta GA 30318) 2-3x/week. Desire to work Summer Term a plus.


Required Minimum Qualifications

Student Assistant/Research Assistant



  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be registered for at least 6 credit hours with your university during working semesters
  • 3.0 or higher GPA
  • Ability to work in person 2-3x/week, ideally spaced throughout the week
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external team members and customers


Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience


Hours per Week

10-20 hours per week

Due to our research contracts with the US federal government, candidates for this position are required to be US Citizens.
