STV is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO/President. This role requires a dynamic, strategic thinking individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide seamless coordination. As the Executive Assistant you will be empowered to drive important strategic goals for STV across various departments as well as associated stakeholders including local, state, and federal government agencies, solving problems and easing roadblocks through your exceptional communication.

Imagine a typical day where you are the linchpin of the CEO's operations and success. Your morning starts with meticulously setting up the CEO's calendar, ensuring every meeting, call, and appointment is perfectly coordinated. You prioritize daily tasks, providing the CEO with critical updates and information to keep everything running smoothly. Collaboration, critical thinking, and adaptability are key to success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Planning: Prioritize daily tasks and provide the CEO with critical information and updates related to decision-support, stakeholder alignment, meeting prep and day to day scheduling.

  • Calendar / Email Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless transitions between appointments.

  • Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO to ensure successful meetings, prepare meeting notes, and coordinate activities.

  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, ensuring flexibility to accommodate schedule changes.

  • Expense Management: Manage expense reimbursements (Concur) for the CEO and attend to timesheet approvals (Deltek & BST) for their leadership team.

  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare background information and context for upcoming meetings and collaborate with the CEO's Chief of Staff and Local Office Administrators to coordinate logistics, meeting notes, and catering needs.

  • Special Projects: Assist with overflow, special projects, assistant back-up team coverage, and day-to-day tasks.

  • Discretion and Trust: Maintain a high level of discretion and build trust and confidence with the CEO over time.

  • Assist the Chief of Staff: Support the executives' daily operations, including coordination of high-level meetings, agenda preparation, reports, materials, and resources.

  • Policy & Procedures: Take an active interest and be well-informed on industry news associated with legislative action and policy changes that might impact STV or our industry.

  • Reporting & Data Flow: Use your inquisitive and analytical nature to conduct relevant research, synthesize, and communicate back to your CEO & Chief of Staff, ensuring they are well-informed for decision-making and effectively participate in and optimize any meetings and events.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred.

  • 4 - 8 years of career experience in a similar role requiring familiarity with strategy, operations, consulting or program management, with strong analytical and communication skills required to succeed and excel into future growth roles.

  • Your career experience will have prepared you for this high-impact leadership role requiring advanced cross-functional collaboration, logical analytical skills

  • High level of proficiency with MS Office and the ability to quickly become familiar with the firm's specific processes and tools/systems.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies to continuously streamline processes and optimize efficiencies for STV.

We seek someone who is genuine and authentic in their relationships, who has the confidence to speak up when necessary and provide valuable input and opinions. A calm demeanor and a sense of humor will help you maintain composure. Independence and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are crucial. Availability to work after hours as needed to support the CEO / Chief of Staff while traveling is also required on occasion.

Compensation Range: $100,000 to $130,000

Salary will be negotiable and will factor in industry specific experience, academics and competency.
