This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely.


Job Summary

The Manager of North America Dealer Marketing will lead, coordinate, and optimize cooperative marketing funds to support incremental marketing efforts across our dealer network. Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing, this role collaborates closely with internal teams across Marketing, Commercial Sales, and Finance, as well as directly with Harley-Davidson dealerships. The role also involves managing multiple external agency partners to sustain the program, overseeing the fund budget, and evaluating the effectiveness of funded marketing tactics within the dealer network.

The ideal candidate will have a background in retail marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who is committed to continuous improvement and to driving company strategy and goals forward.

Job Responsibilities

* Oversee cooperative marketing funds in partnership with our agency partner, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to brand standards.

* Manage and work in collaboration with external Harley-Davidson partners, dealerships and budgets for cooperative marketing funds and operational expenses, including tracking expenditures, forecasting needs, and optimizing fund usage to maximize ROI.

* Conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders and partners to align on objectives, provide program updates, and maintain clear, consistent communication and support.

* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and marketing subject matter experts on program requirements, policies, and procedures related to the approval and use of marketing funds by the dealer network.

* Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts executed with cooperative advertising funds.

Key Competencies and Skills

* Proven track record in managing marketing budgets, cooperative advertising programs, or channel marketing initiatives

* Strong understanding of paid media brand management, retail marketing, and advertising best practices

* Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms along with experience analyzing marketing performance data

* Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create strong relationships with internal and external partners

* Excellent project management and organizational skills.

* Strong communication and presentation skills.

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvements and innovation throughout the program.

* Self-starter with the ability to work under tight deadlines on a regular basis and flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change

Education Specifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience Requirements

* Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience

* Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and executions delivering business objectives retail programs.

* Experience in the motorcycle, automotive, or related wholesale or franchise model industries preferred.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
