Job Summary
The Manager of North America Dealer Marketing will lead, coordinate, and optimize cooperative marketing funds to support incremental marketing efforts across our dealer network. Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing, this role collaborates closely with internal teams across Marketing, Commercial Sales, and Finance, as well as directly with Harley-Davidson dealerships. The role also involves managing multiple external agency partners to sustain the program, overseeing the fund budget, and evaluating the effectiveness of funded marketing tactics within the dealer network. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who is committed to continuous improvement and to driving company strategy and goals forward. Job Responsibilities
