The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess: Associate's degree in facilities management, business or related field A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required Pay: $28 - $32/hr; depending on experience. What You'll Be Doing: Ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and general maintenance are implemented and carried out in a manner consistent with policies and management directives. Ensure all contracts are reviewed on a regular basis and confirm invoices match contract pricing. Supervise all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the property. Under the direction of the Facility Manager, respond promptly to requests for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning needs, etc. from building occupants. What You Need to Bring to the Table: Associate's degree in facilities management, business or related field A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience, preferably in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management experience required Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Industry Experience: Experience in the food industry is a plus Research and Development or Manufacturing Experience: Preferred background in R&D or manufacturing.
