The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Educational Background: Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Language: Spanish speaker.
• Location: Must be located in Rhode Island; however, position remote.
• Proficient in Salesforce
• Pay: $23 - $26/hr; depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• The Digital Retention Specialist is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
• This role involves proactively engaging with customers to understand and address their needs, identifying blockers to renewal, and implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze data to drive retention efforts.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Educational Background: Associate's degree or equivalent.
• Professional Experience: Five (5) plus years of practical experience in customer service and retention.
• Salesforce: Proficiency in using Salesforce for documenting and managing customer interactions.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and sales experience preferred (over customer support experience).
