Summary of Position The Courier will ensure samples are delivered and/or picked up from doctor's offices, laboratories, hospitals, courier offices, and the airport as necessary. The courier follows a designated route containing daily and will call locations. The courier is responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor with clients. The courier will follow all applicable laws and safety regulations. Proof of current auto insurance coverage is required. Daily routes will typically cover 150 miles per day, but the courier must have the ability to drive to multiple locations totaling up to 350 miles. Key Job Elements
