Here's what you'd do:

  • The analyst will support Information Technology (IT) request management functions to successfully plan, support, coordinate, and track assets from request, procurement, deployment, and disposition.
  • Daily activities include processing requests for purchase or licensing of IT hardware and software, data analysis/reporting, customer service, and maintenance of asset information.

Here's what you'll get:

  • Pay rate: $25.00/Hour.
  • Hours: 4/10-A
  • Length: Temp (6 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in procurement of software, hardware, purchased services
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Hardware and Software Asset Management principles and life cycles. (HAM/SAM)
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with SAP or P2P
  • Knowledge of Service Now, SCCM, SNOW
  • Knowledge of procurement principles
  • Familiar with software compliance and asset management principles
  • Active listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the needed input while demonstrating strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational)
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Team player and team builder
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and supports our brand promise and guarantee to always 'make it right'
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and written instructions or other information.
  • Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
