Job Title: Project/Program Manager Location(s): Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Top 3 must-have hard skills: Be able to look at/Pivot/ Liquidate Data to be able to determine what route to take and drive those improvements. 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience. Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams. Industry Preference: If they have any experience in network operations or launching worldwide would be a preferred candidate. Strong Program/ project management skills. Required Skills: 3+ years of program or project management experience. 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams. Preferred Skills: 3+ years of driving process improvements experience. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules. 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience. Experience working with tech and non-tech teams. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL. Bachelor's degree. Leadership Principles: Ownership. Bias for action.
