Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Hybrid with our client in Knoxville, TN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Working with internal and external key players to implement contract details, such as terms & conditions, pricing, and other contractual obligations, into various systems to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing.
  • Perform quality assurance checks monthly for previously processed contract requests.
  • Responsible for executing all contract/customer setup requests and meeting implementation deadlines.
  • Coordinate and manage the exchange of information, documents, and data.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $24.00/HR

Hours: 40 hrs/week / 1ST shift

Length: Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with contracts, terms & conditions, and special clauses.
  • Minimum 2 years of ERP system experience: invoicing, billing, product ordering, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience acting as a liaison between Finance and Billing, converting data from contracts and interpreting it into the ERP system.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of contract review and accounting experience working with contracts.
  • Experience in contract implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised with sharp critical thinking.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under time constraints.
  • High levels of proficiency and quality in data inputs.
  • Strengths in reading and interpreting complex contracts.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize activity and stay aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to pivot tasks based on business needs.
  • Analytical skills to review contract verbiage from an accounting perspective.
