Description Summary:The Cable Management Technician role is responsible for planning, installing, configuring, documenting, repairing and providing operational support of enterprise wide telecommunication infrastructure systems. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Two years of technical training in Communications Technology or equivalent experience in a complex, progressive telecommunications environment required. 2. License/Certifications: BICSI Technician Certification required. Valid Driver's license required. 3. Experience: Three years of related experience in an active planning and cable installation role required. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Broad knowledge of all procedures, systems and equipment related to the installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of all telecommunications cabling systems and facilities.
