Project/Program Manager

Job Title: Project/Program Manager

Location(s): Bellevue, WA

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• May require a bachelor's degree in Project Management, business or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field
• Have initiative to jump in and ask questions on deadlines from other teams
• Highly preferred Asana, BIM 360
• Required experience with Smartsheet, Excel, MS office tools
• Experience providing flash updates for projects (status priorities) in Smartsheet
• Experience building processes (building something as you are going, see problem and figure out how to resolve)

• Bachelor's degree in PM, business or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with PM
• Required tool experience, Smartsheet, excel and MS office suite. Preferred BIM360 and Asana

• File organization - site plans from other teams and compiling these into a single source. Make sure the most recent designs are in all one spot
• Capacity reviews - reviewing site and understanding capacity based on scenarios.
• Create a intake process for inputs to be reviewed against and pushing for a date. Tracking inputs and outputs
• Tracking data and conversations to publish data and conversations to make sure they can go back a review data once launch happens.
• Smartsheet tracking - follow up on one off questions and data
• New launched, yard capacity review, one off project.
