Acara Solutions is seeking multiple skilled and detail-oriented Process Technicians to join our Phoenix area client's team.
Full-time, direct hire with great benefits
$24-32/hr pay rate
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. You will work closely with the production team to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. Duties and responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
  • Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective action
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify areas for process improvement
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, changes, and results
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Adhere to all company and OSHA rules and regulations at all times and wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' previous experience in manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • High school diploma or GED
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience as a Process Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
  • Familiarity with quality control principles and practices
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Technical or vocational training in a related field is a plus
