Description Acara Solutions has partnered with our Manufacturing client to hire QA Specialists for their new location in Tolleson, AZ.
Pay Rate: $24-$37.50/hr DOE The Quality Assurance Specialist meticulously inspects and analyzes shipping components to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products in adherence to specified quality standards within a manufacturing environment. Position involves the implementation and oversight of quality management systems, processes, and standards to meet regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement, contributing to the overall enhancement of product quality and operational efficiency. Duties and responsibilities:
Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing quality assurance roles
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Proficient in applying the seven QC methods for quality control.
Skilled in utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and other quality control methods.
Trained in ISO9000 system management, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Acquainted with various products and manufacturing processes within the company.
Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Excel
