We are seeking a skilled RF Technician to join our growing team in Hauppauge, NY! In this role, you will perform semi-complex laboratory tasks related to the construction and testing of electronic devices and will be involved in various phases of project development. What You'll Do:
- Reads module design drawings, schematics and other documentations from design engineer.
- Use Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, power meter for testing of amplifier, switches, digital attenuator and phase shifter. The parameter such as P1dB, P2dB Psat, Noise Figure, Phase noise etc.
- Performs complex tests of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies to determine if the assemblies meet specifications.
- Performs tests and troubleshoots assemblies by setting up and using standard laboratory equipment.
- Maintains accurate records of all work performed.
- Trains Entry level Technician on Test/Procedures of electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Should be computer literate.
- May participate in field tests and other travel duties.
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Responsible for meeting schedule completion dates and communicating test plans with management and engineering
- Maintains a positive work environment by professional and courteous conduct and communications with others, including supervisors, co-workers, clients, and vendors.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in RF technology, particularly with RF/Microwave testing.
- Associate degree in Electronics or ongoing education along with related experience
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced RF/Microwave testing and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced production lines.
- Familiarity with field testing and hands-on troubleshooting in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
