The Role Jump start your Environment, Health and Safety Career at Entegris.Our Entegris Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is uniquely designed to provide new-to-market and entry-level professionals meaningful exposure to the core EHS disciplines that drive our business. The ELDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development, and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in the company's custom learning curriculum. ELDP seeks to advance the development of talented EHS professionals through the completion of three 12-month assignments in the areas of EHS Site Support, Operations, and Sustainability. Inclusion in this program will provide exposure to high-level company mentors, active learning events with senior leaders, and challenging project work that directly contributes to key corporate and divisional objectives. Culminating in a permanent job placement within the ranks of Entegris, this program seeks to accelerate the process of identifying and positioning high-potential future leaders of Entegris.
