Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location(s): West Henrietta, NY

(Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office)

Responsibilities:

This job requires experience coordinating cross functional work of several areas of expertise (Real Estate, RF Design, Construction, Equipment, Operations, System Performance, Transport and 1Fiber). In addition, you will need to collaborate with multiple external teams including: utility companies, general contractors, OEM vendors, and municipalities.

Job Duties:

* Manages all facets of high-volume technical projects and programs to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget and quality goals, using quality principles and appropriate development methodologies

* Facilitates regular meetings to review status, gather updates and reporting results for monthly/quarterly reviews, plan of record meetings and project updates.

* Develops and executes comprehensive project plans and coordinates multiple teams across functional boundaries

* Utilizes project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone schedules and completions, project issues, and overall project completions

* Identifies, monitors, reports, escalates, and resolves project-related issues that may impact critical project deliverables and timelines

* Manages changes to project scope and programs and communicates impact to downstream teams

* Prepares and presents pertinent project and program material to key stakeholders at leadership levels

Must Have Skills:


  • Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work with others without conflict and achieve goals
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions in a demanding environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing many technical projects simultaneously and delivering on time
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong skillset in critical thinking, problem solving, and influencing/motivating of non-direct reports
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically MS Excel and Google Sheets, with proficiency in data management functions.
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Wireless/Cellular/Telecom RAN technologies
  • Experience developing and implementing implementation process improvements
  • Experience project managing pre deployment milestones (e.g. leasing, zoning, etc.)


Education/ Certifications:


  • 4-year Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of project management of LTE RAN implementation experience. PMP Certification desired.
  • 7+ years project managing Macro and Small Cell implementation projects and driving cross-functional teams.
  • Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
