The Supply Chain Analyst II will be responsible for supporting the evaluations of supplier targets and ensuring their successful integration. Under general supervision, this position plays a key role in managing procurement requirements, supporting cost savings initiatives, developing robust reporting systems, participating in key sourcing events, and collaborating across facilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Develop financial models to quantify the impact of proposed supplier changes, cost negotiations, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze large datasets related to supplier performance, cost improvement opportunities, and sourcing trends. Deliver actionable insights to management to enhance supply chain performance and decision-making
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with functional managers and supply chain teams to understand current and future business needs, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with functional departments to identify inefficiencies and contribute to process maturity efforts that optimize supply chain operations
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in supplier performance data, incorporating macroeconomic and market dynamics to provide a comprehensive view of supplier and industry performance
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate analysis findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders
- Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs and priorities

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4 Year Bachelor Degree - Supply Chain, Operations, Economics or similar
- 2+ Years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on translating data into actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or related field
