Skills or Requirements: Prioritize multiple urgent issues with calm and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate rationale succinctly with all stakeholders for project priorities and align with current business needs. Make quick decisions and effectively communicate with their manager on any changes to keep all on the same page. Balancing needs of the business with system capabilities. Help provide solutions to challenges faced with requests. Identify potential issues before they arise and propose solutions. Ability to work with a team on complex problems to form solutions. Support department head's final decision. The job holder will interface periodically with sales, marketing, finance and species heads; he or she will be the SME when it comes to the systems and processes he or she supports. The individual will also work with third party vendors, data governance, IT as well as other departments within the business on technical, data, finance, accounting, and other related issues Education/Experience:
