What the day will look like The Account Executive Leader is primarily responsible for leading talent development and driving growth across the AE Local Practice. This individual will report to the Resident Managing Director (RMD) and the National Account Executive Practice Leader. Accountable to the RMD to deliver retention and rollover goals for the office as well as new business from the Account Executive (AE) Local Practice. This responsibility may extend beyond direct AE reporting. By driving individual goal achievement, the AE Leader helps the office and ARS US attain aggregate business goals. Always promotes the value Aon delivers to clients, particularly through Client Promise.
Skills and experience that will lead to success Typically, at least 7-10 years of appropriate insurance experience, coupled with managerial ability. Strong project and account team management experience, and strong negotiation skills. In-depth working knowledge of the insurance business and the assigned clients' needs as well as all major lines of business. Evidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $210,000-$245,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
