Description Clerical/Administrative Support Summary: The Document Imaging Technician II role is responsible for the retrieval, preparation, review, validation, scanning and indexing of medical record documents into the electronic medical record. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Completion of medical terminology course required. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Three years of experience in a healthcare related setting or experience with Health Information Management preferred. One year EMR experience required. Two years of imaging experience required. Demonstrates competency in all essential functions of a Document Imaging Technician I role. 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A 5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Computer and keyboarding skills.
