We are looking for a Senior Mixed Methods UX Researcher to join our studio and lead user research projects across various domains and platforms, including focusing primarily on Copilot. ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and conduct user research activities such as quantitative surveys, usability tests, diary studies, and interviews. Partner closely with key stakeholders across design, engineering, data science, and leadership to establish trust and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Analyze and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative user data and insights to inform design decisions and strategy. Communicate and present research findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders, including product teams, senior management, and external clients. Mentor and coach other researchers and designers on user research methods and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-centric digital solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Embody our Culture and Values |
