Koch Capabilities Company (KCC) is looking for a Business Process Manager to join our Procure to Pay team. This strategic management position supports both Procure to Pay and Travel & Expense leverage capability, with opportunities to contribute across multiple internal capabilities and Koch companies. The role includes global responsibilities for procure to pay processes and projects, and involvement in various travel and expense strategies, global program support, transformation and merger and acquisition projects, stakeholder engagement, and more.

The Leveraged Procure to Pay team manages processes for the Koch companies and corporate card, travel, expense, and audit services for over 120,000 employees worldwide.

What You Will Do

* Lead and develop a team for Procure to Pay and Travel and Expense processes and projects. Apply and coach economic thinking to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Collaborate with global teams in India, Singapore, and Shanghai to execute and support transformation and merger and acquisition projects in line with the organization's vision.
* Drive adoption and support Koch's Virtual Card programs.
* Work with the Procure to Pay and Travel and Expense teams to provide optimal solutions and support to internal stakeholders, customers, and employees.
* Ensure financial controls are in place to protect company assets.
* Promote automation and improvements for long-term value.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Over 3 years of professional work experience
* Background in procure to pay, travel & expense, accounting, or finance
* Familiarity with internal financial control standards and procedures

What Will Put You Ahead

* More than 3 years of supervisory experience
* Experience overseeing global projects
* Experience supporting customer service processes
