Our Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) earn$19.98per hour.

Pay will increase after completing the 8-week training.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) CSPs earn an additional $1 per hour differential after completing training.

What you'll do:



  • Make an important difference in our customers' lives,

  • Solve residential customer questions friendly and professionally regarding service transactions and electric outages over the phone, via email and social media responses,
  • Work independently, and as a part of a team,
  • Learn new skills; computer and phone systems in a paid 8-week classroom training program to help ensure your success.


What you'll need:



  • A valid high school diploma or equivalent,
  • Two years of experience in a customer facing related environment (e.g., Student Council, Student Clubs, Religious or Group Organizations, Team Sports Captain, or prior employment experience).
  • Excellent phone, email & written communications skills,
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) & computer skills,
  • A passion for customer service with empathetic nature and problem-solving inquisitiveness.

Bilingual (Spanish/English):

Learn & Earn (We train you to be successful):



  • Training hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday at our Ybor location,
  • You must be present every day and complete the entire training class along with meeting the performance and attendance standards defined during class orientation. Tests to ensure your progress will be administered throughout training,
  • After you successfully complete your training, you will be moved to your work schedule,
  • Your schedule is determined by business needs and seniority,
  • Call Center Business Hours are from 7:30am to 630pm.
