Shipping Order Packer - 2nd Shift

Intralox, L.L.C. has an opening for an Order Packer in the Intralox Shipping Department. Responsibilities include packaging all line items for each order, weighing, labeling, and recording order information in Intralox's computer systems. Duties also include package handling and transporting items to other workstations or staging area utilizing a cart, pallet-jack, fork-lift, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Package completed belt sections and accessories for truck processing
  • Package line items for customer orders
  • Package and transport goods to other workstations
  • Weigh, label, and record order information in computer system
  • Safely operate various lift equipment
  • Update Shipping Dispatch system
  • Perform housekeeping duties as required
  • Exhibit teamwork and self-management
  • Follow the attendance policy of the Department
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies
  • Work overtime, flexible schedules, and weekends as required

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of this position as detailed in the functional job description, including the requirement to lift 66 pounds
  • Stable work history
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience or certification in operation of lift equipment
  • Familiarity with Oracle and/or Kewill operating systems
  • Experience with air tools
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
