Job Title: Salesforce Architect Location(s): Washington, DC Responsisbilites: Collaborating with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies Leading the craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions Bringing a passion to stay on top of current trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community Encouraging innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization Assisting in the hiring of top engineering talent and maintaining our commitment to diversity and inclusion The person we're looking for: Is passionate about current state-of-the-art relevant tools and technologies and knows how to implement them effectively Has a sense of intellectual curiosity and a burning desire to learn Is motivated, actively looks for ways to contribute, and knows how to get things done Is passionately focused on the customer and the details that make their experience exceptional Has the ability to collaborate and work efficiently with, and contribute to, a team Values data and truth over ego Has a strong sense of engineering craftsmanship, takes pride in the code they're responsible for Is pragmatic, makes the best use of time and resources to find the simplest solution that works Thinks and acts like an owner, taking personal responsibility for the success of the product and the team Has great communication and reasoning skills, including the ability to influence and make a strong case for technology choices Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development At least 3 years of Salesforce Architect experience Demonstrated ability as a team leader managing the delivery of software in a Salesforce org with a combination of business analysis and technology engineering skills; Excellent communication skills; Experience with fit-gap analysis, design custom solutions, conducting code and configuration reviews in Salesforce, e.g. Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, SF Admin tools; Experience with Salesforce integrations and architecture Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certified Developer 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Event streaming, Monitoring and Alerting 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD 5+ years working with Apex classes and Visual force pages 5+ years of experience with Flows and Process builder 5+ years of experience testing software applications Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
