We Require
Six years of experience related to Cloud Services, OKTA, Active Directory, and Firewalls; two of these years in a supervisory role or with management experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Experience working in a large-scale Multi-Cloud enterprise environment with an understanding of Cloud networking technologies such as Azure Private Link and AWS VPC Understanding of Cloud security best practices Proven experience managing Microsoft Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and domain infrastructure Hands-on experience with OKTA identity and access management solutions Strong proficiency in configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls, including firewall policies, VPN configurations, and threat prevention features Solid understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc. Experience in conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with cloud-based identity and access management solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM). Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA), or equivalent ITIL Foundation Experience with Zero Trust

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with subordinates while providing guidance and training on troubleshooting techniques Provide ongoing monitoring and proactive administration, tune, and maintain systems to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and availability and to ensure SLAs are met Provide outstanding customer service/support; track support provided; work with customers to ensure and understand their business needs and how departmental-provided services can be best delivered to meet their needs Work with customers to architect and implement new technology projects; this includes working with vendors, performing project management, communicating with customers, directing subordinates, and coordinating vendors Develop and execute test plans to check server infrastructure and virtualization systems availability for disaster recovery. Report on findings and make recommendations for improvement to senior management Manage and administer Microsoft Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including user access controls, group policies, and integration with other systems Implement and maintain OKTA single sign-on (SSO) solutions to enhance user authentication and access management Manage Palo Alto Firewalls to secure network perimeters, monitor traffic, and prevent unauthorized access Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network security policies and procedures Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and audits to identify and mitigate risks Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network access problems Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to network security and access management
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a home office and data center environment in a hybrid teleworking schedule. Must be able to work after hours, weekends, and holidays, as well as be on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Managers are expected to be available for on-call staff escalation should an outside-of-business-hour event require manager escalation
