Main Duties & Responsibilities

Position Summary:

This position serves as a hybrid
role to provide overall administrator leadership over the project management
software & database to ensure the integrity of data inputs, process flow of
initiatives & engagement across the global organization to drive
innovation. This role will lead the communication strategy for PMO activities
as well as the organization of creative events to
support driving an innovative mindset & culture throughout the
organization. The Sr. Process & System Lead role supports the completion of projects
contributing to top line business growth via exhibiting effective communication
skills in working with cross-functional teams through system & process roadblocks
that would impede execution progress. Demonstrated
ability to effectively communicate while coordinating external & internal
resources to influence
adoption of systems/processes and participation in initiatives amongst cross-
functional areas is required. The successful candidate will serve as an example
of a best-in-class process & engagement driving leader via collaborative
engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead as the main
    bridge between the PMO and other departments to ensure seamless connection
    on innovation engagement carried through to commercialization
    process/systems.
  • Collaborate
    with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and improve project
    management processes.
  • Review, sign
    off, and communicate developed/ updated training materials to ensure the
    effective implementation of process improvements.
  • Encourage creative thinking in employees and finds ways to nurture innovative thinking across all areas of the organization.
  • Act as administrator of project management system via leading project gate movement, general functionality and team member support.
  • Develop
    regular internal reviews of training materials & processes to identify
    areas of improvement.
  • Provide
    training and support to team members for optimal utilization of project
    management software.
  • Facilitate internal team meetings effectively.
  • Identify and implement new experiences for internal collaborators.
  • Stay informed about innovation engagement trends and project management best practices, incorporating your knowledge into training materials, process documentation & event scoping.
  • Periodic
    travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's
    degree in business, project management or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5+
    years' experience as a program manager leading various initiatives
    including expertise managing multiple project follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Strong
    verbal, written and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to
    engage and create trust in others to build and foster team relationships.
  • Proven
    experience and a strong background successfully developing and
    facilitating events to support business objectives.
  • Experience
    in managing and driving change within a complex organization.
  • Advanced PC
    skills using Microsoft Office products and MS Project, able to generate
    graphs, presentations, and charts.
