Summary: Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR professionals to establish and drive overall talent acquisition strategies. This position will oversee the entire life cycle of the recruitment process. Will be assigned various HR Generalist duties. Reports to the VP of Human Resources.

Minimum & Preferred Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred; previous recruiting experience required.
  • Must be able to communicate well at all levels and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment helpful.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Develop, lead and execute recruitment strategies, processes and metrics.
  • Identify and source great talent for current and future open roles within the organization.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing and other technical means to source candidates for open positions.
  • Develop and manage campus recruiting program and intern program.
  • Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employees and colleagues contacts to help identify and source qualified talents.
  • Travel to various locations for interviewing and job fairs as required.
  • Facilitate a positive experience for both the candidate as well as the hiring manager; provide all parties with timely communications and a customer-centric experience.
  • Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborate with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meet business objectives.
  • Drives continuous improvement with regard to the talent acquisition efforts and other HR processes.
  • Lead and develop employer branding strategy.
  • Assist with compliance efforts to ensure OFCCP, ADA/EEO guidelines are enforced and abided, ensuring staffing requirements are met in accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Administer procedures, policies, and standards of operation for all branch locations.
  • Participate on committees and special projects and seek additional responsibilities.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
