Apprentice Hydraulics Tester

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently seeking an Apprentice Hydraulics Tester. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Apprentice Hydraulics Tester may be required to:

• Track and prepare certain reports such as test testing results, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
• Testers must be able to provide documentation regarding testing results for all units being tested.

Skills/Education & Experience:

• Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Must be able to test and troubleshoot components at all stages of the repair and overhaul process.
• FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant license preferred but not required.
• May be required to lift, carry, and/or move components weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Frequently required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to use required hand tools and testing equipment.
