As the Senior Analyst, Benefits Leave Administration at RXO you will support the day-to-day disability and leave administration processes for employees in the US and Canada, including Short and Long-Term Disability, FMLA, and company sponsored leave programs. You'll ensure outsourced services are provided in accordance with Plan requirements, contract terms and compliant with federal, state, provincial and local leave policies, research any potential service delivery issues and ensure timely resolution. You'll leverage your interpersonal skills to build strong relationships internally and externally, while collaborating on cross-functional teams as an expert on various leave related processes.
