HX5 is currently seeking a Full-Spectrum Security Manager for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Agile Combat Support, Security Division (AFLCMC/WNV) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Utilizing experience in Department of Defense Security functions, provide support for: classified material, industrial security, personnel security, physical security, and computer security as well as analytical and technical support for daily operations
  • Assist the Information Security program safeguarding classified material in compliance with official guidance Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) including classified material marking, storing and transmitting.
  • Assist the Industrial Security program while adhering to DoD and local industrial security policies. Manage DD 254 Forms and visit requests.
  • Assist personnel security processes, including management of investigation paperwork, and clearances. Maintain a DISS account for necessary security actions and ensure Air Force Special Access Programs Nomination Process compliance.
  • Support secure facility operations and office functions including the management of conference room schedules, personnel security packages, internal databases and training.
  • Implement Resource Protection, Force Protection, Operations Security (OPSEC), and Anti-Terrorism (AT) programs
  • Development/maintain official security documents including Security Classification Guides, Program Security Directives, Technology Assessment and Control Plans, and Program Protection Plans.


Education andExperience:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience:



  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR 15 years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
  • Experience with Department of Defense security functions.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:



  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance by date of hire.
  • Must be able to travel, including air travel.
