- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud architects and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure solutions in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide oversight for the day-to-day compute and cloud infrastructure operations, including vulnerability management and audit response, to ensure a high quality, performing, and highly secure infrastructure landscape.
- Develop, enhance, an enforce policies and procedures cloud architecture standards, governance policies, and best practices, including defining measurable goals, standards, and other process measures (KPIs).
- Drive the automation of cloud operations, ensuring efficient CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
- Serve as a technology leader, identifying opportunities for architecture standardization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as access management, audit/compliance, and risk to identify risks, best practices, issue resolution.
- Provide in-depth technical, systems and infrastructure consultation to technical management, vendors, and internal clients to maintain alignment with the strategic objectives for the enterprise.
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- 10+ years' experience with IT, Network and Infrastructure Design, Planning and Architecture.
- AWS/Azure Cloud, Terraform, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMWare, etc. Certifications preferred
- Additional Experience Required:
- Extensive experience with architecting, planning, and implementing Cloud Engineering and DevOps as a practice and discipline
- Experience with Cloud Native frameworks and architectures
- Experience planning for the automating and managing cloud-based workloads and cloud cost optimizations
- Strong communication skills and technical writing
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of project planning and processes
- Ability to gather and interpret information and derive requirements
- Network design experience
SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. Occasional travel within the Park National Bank footprint to be expected. This role is hybrid with expectations of M - W on-site in our Newark, OH or Miami, FL office. This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
