Associate Litigation Attorney

Location: Remote

Annual Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000

This role is bonus Eligible

Summary:

The Associate Litigation Attorney (a) assists the General Counsel and other in-house counsel with litigation matters, including coordination with insurance carriers, outside counsel and employees and (b) is responsible for tracking all litigation matters, handling certain subpoenas, depositions and litigation related inquiries, for Global Medical Response and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Company").

Responsibility:

  • Handle litigation matters as assigned by the Associate General Counsel
  • Defend employee depositions
  • Respond to subpoenas
  • Prepare and review correspondence with insurance carriers
  • Coordination between outside counsel and employees
  • Assist with collection of data for discovery responses
  • Prepare discovery responses

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • JD required
  • Minimum of 5 years litigation experience
  • Trial experience in medical malpractice
  • Extensive experience in expert witness depositions preferred
