Must also use such advanced knowledge to serve as supervisor for outpatient Interns, Bachelor's Level and Master's Level staff. This position is entrusted with a high level of responsibility and insight in treating clients and ensuring services are provided and documented in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in addition to LCI and division standards. Based on the knowledge and degree required, this position will serve as a lead position in the provision of direct care. Duties include but are not limited to: assessment and treatment of persons served, Individual and group counseling, training team members on 65D-30 and 65E standards, responding to crisis, supervision of outpatient staff, training staff on documentation, participating in audits, and management of client risk and safety. Qualifications: * Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development). Compensation The salary ranges from $56,672 - $62,816 per year based on experience. To Apply:
