The Lead MA will act as a liaison between staff and management focusing on coordinating the clinical operations of the practice, Panel Management, Patient Education and Health Coaching. This individual will also perform or have oversight of POC testing, Vaccine Management, Safety rounds, Sample Medications, Annual Competencies and staff education. The Lead Medical Assistant functions as a resource to other clinical and non - clinical staff. The Lead MA will bring forward operational issues and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Position Responsibilities
Provides oversight to patient flow by ensuring Medical Assistants efficiently perform the duties below:

Required Experience 1-3 years of similar job experience in a medical office preferred. Required Education High School Diploma or Equivalent. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Training/Certification/Licensure Must have current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant. BLS Certification Required. |
