Molex is seeking a Technical Support Program Coordinator in Fremont, CA. In this role, you will ensure that the support services are well-managed, including technical support ticket tracking, logistics record keeping, project management and database administration. The coordinator will prepare reports, provide accurate documentation, and act as the go-to contact for all tech support related topics.

Our Team

This role sits within our Optical Solutions Business Unit, specifically within the Technical Marketing & Customer Support team. The primary responsibility of the Technical Support Program Coordinator is to ensure that the TAC (Technical Assistance Center), R&D, QA, and operation teams effectively integrate to form one focused and effective "service bus".

What You Will Do

* Maintain accurate documentation and compile reports of customer engagement, technical support activities and resolution processes
* Integrate data and information from all sources, generating appropriate output for various teams
* Compile and update real-time cross-reference list of tickets, RMA, QA, R&D RA, and logistics as well as up-to-date advance replacement inventory information
* Monitor advance replacement inventory level in multiple locations based on deployment numbers and FIT data to offer in-time call of order to refill items by module categories and numbers
* Trace inter-company PR/PO for advance replacement inventory to complete full execution of orders and track the RA/ repair item's physical location and process
* Sort historical ticket information for external and internal review in providing insight on product design issues, field operations and other improvement suggestions

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience analyzing/compiling technical data & delivering results
* Strong customer service & communication skills
* Prior Customer Service Experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite

What Will Put You Ahead
* Associate's degree in a Science/Engineering or related field
* Bilingual (English & Mandarin)

For this role, we anticipate paying $65,000 - $75,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
