SRG Global is looking for a Production Supervisor on 2nd shift to join our team in Morehead, KY! As a Production Supervisor, you will develop and improve manufacturing processes, best practices, and be accountable for achieving cost, schedule, and productivity metrics by directing the work of the department. You will ensure safety, culture and operational effectiveness using lean manufacturing tactics with a focus on production efficiency. What You Will Do * Ensure production team understands/complies with established operating systems in safety, environmental, quality, and process controls and the company's overall policies. * Lead, track and improve performance on key department goals and objectives * Develop crew members to improve individual and organizational performance * Lead performance management and corrective action processes * Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques * Collaborate with other departments to optimize production requirements * Work and communicate with upstream and downstream processes (and people), to exceed customer expectations * Bring an engineering mindset and use problem-solving methodology to find solutions * Investigate root causes/issues that are related to scrap * Submit hours worked to payroll for all production employees in a timely manner * Prepare labor, material, and equipment usage daily reporting Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Leadership experience working in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness and ability to work a 2nd shift (2:30pm-12:30am) * Experience with analytics, problem-solving tools and troubleshooting methodologies What Will Put You Ahead * Experience in the automotive industry * Injection molding experience **This role is not eligible for sponsorship At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
