Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This position is hybrid. Be part of something remarkable Join the leadership team at the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Director, Ambulatory Access Optimization and Transformation:
- Responsible for the operational and programmatic leadership of transformation in the ambulatory setting.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovative solutions and implement new processes and technology to increase quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize and continuously improve ambulatory processes and workflows across the enterprise.
- Develop and monitor goals and objectives for ambulatory operation in alignment with strategies initiatives.
- Lead process improvement and technological innovation that results in meaningful contributions to our patients and those who care for them.
- Make data-driven decisions to support ambulatory clinics as they seek to achieve health equity and meet organizational goals.
- Develop goals and monitor success of programs aimed at improving ambulatory access.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Business Management, Healthcare Management, User-Centered Design, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology Required
- Master's Degree in a relevant subject area such as Business Management, Healthcare Management, User-Centered Design, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology Preferred
Work Experience
- 7 years work experience, with at least 5 years relevant experience in healthcare consulting, information technology, user-centered design, process improvement, including at least 3 years of direct people management Required
- 10 years work experience in a large academic or complex health program that included department/specialty specific services. Experience with Lean Management or Agile processes Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Epic software certifications in EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence Scheduling, or related applications Preferred
