Commercial Loan Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Remote *Not eligible for sponsorship

• Collaborate with stakeholders of the applicable software to identify needs and design efficient, effective solutions
• Develop software solutions and/or collaborate with IT and third party software vendors for development, producing business requirements and technical specifications
• Perform system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, user documentation, and ongoing end user training
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, and perform system analysis where a high degree of technical competency is required
• Identify, track, escalate, report, and resolve software and process issues
• Serve as the business line coordinator for projects involving software releases, enhancements, and integrations
• Assist the IT business solutions analyst with business case development
• Create and execute project plans related to the software
• Provide software expertise for business line projects
• Individually and if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks
• Maintain awareness of and adhere to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
• Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.
