About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MRO sector.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Promote MRO products, services, and solutions, with potential for new engine sales when appropriate.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay up-to-date on MRO products, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports while monitoring competitive activity.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to a strong sales culture.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in MRO or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with MRO product lines and services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 75% for client meetings and industry events.

Salary & Benefits

  • $110,000 - $125,000 per year + commission
