Apply Keck Medicine of USC Hospital Los Angeles, California The HR Learning Management Systems Specialist is responsible for managing the day-to-day learning/assessment application used by Keck Medicine staff and management throughout the organization. This role will be responsible to provide ongoing administration and support for Keck Medicine of USC's Learning Management System (Healthstream), which includes ongoing maintenance, upgrades, reporting, and end-user support. The HR Learning Management Systems Specialist provides solutions on how best to use the learning application to deliver content, training, learning and document the processes to assist with the use of the learning applications and provides learning analytics to leadership proactively and on an ad-hoc basis. This position will work closely with various department leaders to review proposed training content and /material to establish effective learning modules using best practice. The HR Learning Management Specialist will maximize the Learning Management System (i.e. Healthstream) functionalities. The HR Learning Management Specialist will be expected to maintain daily operations and monitors all HR related systems to assure processes are functioning properly and timely. This role will work in close collaboration with HR Systems team, IT and Campus HRIT to support and leverage HR system solutions to optimize processes and realize efficiencies. Essential Duties:

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,640.00 - $112,370.00.
