This position will be responsible for supporting the growth of PGA TOUR's CRM and Business Intelligence platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with the business and technology teams/partners to achieve strategic objectives with the implementation, development, and administration of CRM, BI, and data platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or related discipline.

  • 2+ years of demonstrable, hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL, Python, or other programming languages to query, model, manipulate, visualize, and analyze large data sets.

  • 2+ years of experience in a business intelligence or analytics role with a strong focus on delivering insights and recommendations, creating engaging data visualizations, and building self-serve analytics tools to support business needs

  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and attention to detail, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with field-based, non-technical users, translating business objectives into technical requirements.

  • Certifications in AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms are preferred.

  • Experience leading digital transformation projects or information system implementations is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

  • Partner with business teams to gather requirements for BI projects and propose changes to operating procedures that utilize BI tools to enable data-driven decisions and automate manual processes.

  • Design and implement a robust suite of data reports and visualizations that integrate Salesforce and other enterprise data sources to measure business performance and impact.

  • Administer the TOUR's BI platforms by managing user licensing and permissions, organizing published content, and monitoring usage and performance metrics.

  • Create, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations including custom Salesforce objects, workflows, processes, reports, and integrations with other third-party apps.

  • Function as a product owner for application data pipelines and analytical data models, incorporating business logic changes and troubleshooting data quality issues.

  • Exhibit the ability to learn new technology platforms and take on projects as requested.
