Summary:

Executes a variety of presentation design projects for home office and field events. Experienced designer with an expertise in presentation design and PowerPoint that can work independently as well as follow direction and can effectively utilize existing templates and develop unique creative or design solutions as needed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designs a variety of presentations for home office and field events

  • Manages the quality of deliverablesandensuresthey meet the highest quality standards

  • Collaborates with business partners and leaders across the organization to deliverimpactful creative solutions

  • Ensures creative concepts and visual design are on brand and on strategy

  • Delivers on-brand design solutions

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of visualor graphicdesign experience

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related area or equivalent professional experience

  • Proficiency in a variety of designapplications(PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to learn new applications quickly as needed

  • Ability to produce consistent well-designed work

  • Ability to explain design decisions

  • Collaborative work ethic

  • Takesconstructive input with ease and grace

  • Ability to managemultiple projects and tasks

  • Solid design skills demonstrated through an online portfolio

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$55,020.00

Pay Range - End:

$102,180.00

Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment. At Northwestern Mutual, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Please note that the salary range listed in the posting is the standard pay structure. Positions in certain locations (such as California) may provide an increase on the standard pay structure based on the location.
