The Opportunity

The Adobe Digital Small Business GTM team is seeking a summer intern to take on an exciting project focused on generating actionable recommendations to significantly improve customer engagement, increase LTV and drive retention.

Digital small business is a $1.6B Book of Business that covers the entire portfolio of product offerings for teams such as creative cloud all apps, photoshop, premier pro and illustrator. This is a key growth area for adobe with a large and growing small business customer base.

In this role, you will explore the customer challenges by analyzing the post-purchase customer experience including onboarding, seat deployment, active use among small business customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver actionable recommendations that drive higher customer engagement, greater value realization and improved retention.

What You'll Do

  • Deeply understand the E2E customer journeys from on boarding to active use and contract management via seat additions value expansion add-ons; identify areas of improvement.
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Commerce, Analytic & Insights to identify areas of opportunity to drive material improvements in customer engagement.
  • Identify relevant use cases and leverage best practices from industry leaders to build strategies/initiatives that lead to improved retention rates and account expansion.
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to understand funnel performance to identify and apply recommendations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2025 - June 2026.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze and understand customer segmentation and customer needs.
  • Comfortable leveraging data to draw insights and identify gaps/opportunities.
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Experience with project management and/or managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $37.00 -- $50.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
